First Time Camper

Tyler had never been camping before, so Trevor decided to take him this weekend. I tagged along. We went down by Rocky Mountain House, and camped in a little secluded spot close to Ram Falls Park. It was a really nice relaxing weekend. The weather wasn't too hot, but it was still nice. We taught Tyler how to play Go Fish! He loved it. He had a great time camping, and was so excited and well behaved the whole time.

Snakes and Ladders

  

Heather made a giant Snakes and Ladders game for the kids today, and they absolutely loved it. A couple of days ago she drew a fancy hop scotch type game and a planet board game. Tyler thinks they are so cool. When I go to pick him up he is so excited to show me. I am so glad Heather has the energy and talent to do stuff like this. We are sure lucky to have her around! He won this game. It took about 10 turns on the 99 square to roll a one, but he stayed nice and calm, and was very patient.
